Pier rules: terms of use

1. Who runs the pier

These terms govern your use of sprinklepier.com ("Sprinkle Pier", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of sprinklepier.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who can play

You must be 18 or over to use Sprinkle Pier; by using it, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. The coins in the jar

• The games run on virtual coins we hand out at no charge.
• A coin has no monetary value and is not money, credit or property.
• Nobody can purchase, sell, withdraw or transfer coins, or exchange them for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing is sold in-app.
• There are no prizes of real-world value on offer.
• We can change or reset coins, levels and features at any moment.

4. No betting with real money

There is no real-money gambling offered or promoted on Sprinkle Pier, and no link to any gambling operator.

5. Accounts on the pier

• Playing needs a free account. Keep to one account each, and don’t share it.
• Don’t give your password to anyone, and tell us straight away if someone else has been on your account.
• Delete your account whenever you like from the account page. It happens immediately and can’t be undone.
• If an account is used to disrupt the site, or we believe its owner is under 18, we may suspend it.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account; they are not your property and may be reset.

6. Using the pier properly

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, use bots or other automated tools against it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. When things go wrong: availability and liability

The site comes “as is”, and we may change or take down any part of it. If something malfunctions, all plays and pays are void. Nothing here limits liability that by law cannot be limited, and your statutory rights stay unaffected.

8. English and Welsh law

These terms come under the law of England and Wales.
